Viral Launch Pricing 2026: Final Plans and Alternatives
Viral Launch stopped accepting new customers in January 2026. Its last widely reported monthly plans were Essentials at $69, Pro at $99, and Pro Plus Ads at $199, with a separate Market Intelligence option advertised at $25 per month. Those are historical prices, not current subscription offers. Sellers replacing Viral Launch can compare Helium 10, starting at $129 monthly or $99 per month with annual billing, and Jungle Scout Catalyst, starting at $49 monthly or $29 with annual billing. Existing users should preserve their available research, keyword, and campaign records before access ends.
Consider a hypothetical seller who built a product-research process around Viral Launch in 2024, bookmarked its pricing page, and sends a new hire there in October 2026. The hire lands on Intellifox, a listing tool. She searches "viral launch pricing," clicks the first result, and finds a startup-naming app with $10 plans. The second result says the product closed. Nothing she finds in ten minutes tells her all three things in one place.
That is the state of this search in 2026. The product is closed to new customers, the top result is a different company, and most of the pages below it still quote plans nobody can buy. This guide gives the full picture: what happened, what Viral Launch cost, what it was good at, what replaces it, and how to preserve your data if you still have an account.
Viral Launch Is Closed to New Customers
Viral Launch stopped accepting new customers in January 2026. RevenueGeeks and SellerSprite both report the cutoff as January 5, 2026; that date comes from specialist reporting rather than a company announcement we verified directly. The Selling Guys removed it from its tools list on January 16. The viral-launch.com domain now redirects to Intellifox, a separate listing-optimization product grouped with BidX and DataHawk under the Seller Suite brand owned by Worldeye Technologies; AMZBase documented the redirect in September 2026. Worldeye acquired Viral Launch in January 2023.
Three things to know if you arrive here from an old link:
- Intellifox is not Viral Launch. It is a listing tool. Viral Launch's product research, keyword tracking, and PPC automation did not move there.
- virallaunch.ai is a different company. It sells AI naming, logo, and launch-giveaway tools to startup founders and has no connection to Amazon selling. It currently ranks first for "viral launch pricing" because the name matches.
- Existing accounts may still open for now. RevenueGeeks reports that current users could still log in as of mid-2026. How long that continues is not documented; see section 05 for what to preserve.
What Viral Launch Cost
The figures below are the last public prices before closure, as documented by RevenueGeeks and consistent with Dupple, MrOnn, and other 2025 reviews. They are historical. Nothing here can be purchased.
| Plan (last public pricing) | Monthly billing | Standard annual billing (per month) | Introductory offers reported |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $69 | About $56 | 40–50% off promotions, bringing the first-year rate to roughly $41–$43 |
| Pro | $99 | About $83 | Roughly $59–$62 under the same promotions |
| Pro Plus Ads | $199 | About $166 | Roughly $119–$124 under the same promotions |
| Market Intelligence (separate product) | $25 | About $21 | Sold on its own or alongside a plan |
Standard annual billing was reported at roughly 16–20% below monthly. The lower figures that circulate ($41, $59, $119) were introductory promotions, typically 50% off the first year on annual billing or 40% off monthly for six months, not the standard rate. Reviews also described a 14-day free trial with a credit card on file and a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Two products are easy to confuse. Essentials included basic Chrome extension access for on-page product research. Market Intelligence was a separately priced product, available standalone at $25 per month, that provided the sales estimates and Idea Score the tool was known for. Reviews describe it as an add-on for plan subscribers and as an entry point for sellers who wanted research without the full suite.
The structural point for anyone comparing tools: PPC automation was gated to the $199 tier. A seller whose main need was advertising paid the top price for a suite whose strongest module was research.
What It Did Well, and Where It Fell Short
Viral Launch's reputation rested on Market Intelligence. Its sales estimates and the Idea Score, a composite rating for product opportunities, were the reason many sellers chose it over Jungle Scout in the 2018–2022 period. Product Discovery's filtering was strong, and the Listing Builder gained a LaunchGPT writing feature late in its life.
The weaknesses were consistent across reviews: optimization tools were effectively US-only, there was no Amazon DSP or AMC support, the Market Intelligence product carried its own price rather than being bundled, and Trustpilot and Reddit carried complaints about data accuracy and support responsiveness in the final two years. Its free split-testing tool, Listing Dojo, which had run since 2016, shut down with the parent.
Viral Launch faced competition from other Amazon research platforms and changed ownership in 2023. However, no detailed, independently verified explanation of the 2026 shutdown was established in the sources reviewed. Its closure should not be attributed to a particular business decision without supporting evidence.
Viral Launch vs. Helium 10 vs. Jungle Scout in 2026
Every "Helium 10 vs. Viral Launch" page on the first page of Google compares a closed product to Helium 10's pre-April-2026 pricing. Here is the comparison with current figures, checked against the vendors' own pricing pages.
| Tool / plan | Monthly billing | Annual-effective monthly price |
|---|---|---|
| Viral Launch Essentials | $69 (historical) | Varies by former offer |
| Viral Launch Pro | $99 (historical) | Varies by former offer |
| Viral Launch Pro Plus Ads | $199 (historical) | Varies by former offer |
| Helium 10 Platinum | $129 | $99 |
| Helium 10 Diamond | $359 | $279 |
| Jungle Scout Catalyst Starter | $49 | $29 |
| Jungle Scout Growth Accelerator | $79 | $49 |
| Jungle Scout Brand Owner + CI | $149 | $129 |
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes or optional add-ons. Annual-effective amounts require annual billing. Viral Launch figures are historical, while Helium 10 and Jungle Scout prices reflect publicly listed plans checked in October 2026. Verify live prices before subscribing. Helium 10 removed its Starter plan in April 2026 and still offers a free tier; Helium 10 Ads charges 2% of advertising spend in profiles configured as Managed, available on Diamond and above.
For a former Viral Launch user, the feature mapping matters more than the price:
| Former Viral Launch feature | Helium 10 | Jungle Scout Catalyst |
|---|---|---|
| Market Intelligence (sales estimates, Idea Score) | Xray extension, Black Box | Extension, Opportunity Finder |
| Product Discovery | Black Box | Product Database and Opportunity Finder |
| Keyword Research | Cerebro and Magnet | Keyword Scout |
| Keyword rank tracking | Keyword Tracker | Rank Tracker |
| Competitor Intelligence | Market Tracker | Competitive Intelligence, subject to plan |
| PPC automation (Ad Sprout) | Helium 10 Ads, available on Diamond and above | Advertising analytics and optimization tools; verify available automation by plan |
| Listing Analyzer / Builder | Listing Builder, Listing Analyzer | Listing Builder |
| Listing split testing (Listing Dojo) | Audience preference testing, plus Amazon Manage Your Experiments for eligible sellers | Amazon Manage Your Experiments for eligible sellers; other testing requires separate tools |
Two distinctions matter in that table. Helium 10's Audience tool gathers shopper preferences before you publish; it is not live A/B testing on Amazon. Amazon's own Manage Your Experiments tests eligible live listing content and is available to Brand Registered sellers regardless of which research tool they use. And Jungle Scout Catalyst does include advertising analytics and optimization features; what it lacks relative to Helium 10 Diamond is a dedicated rules-based automation layer, so check the plan you are considering rather than assuming.
Which Viral Launch Alternative Makes Sense for Your Business?
The feature map tells you what exists. This table tells you where to start, based on what you were using Viral Launch for.
| Seller need | Option worth evaluating | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Product research on a smaller budget | Jungle Scout Catalyst Starter | Lower entry price, with feature limits |
| Keyword research and listing optimization | Helium 10 Platinum | Research and listing tools without Diamond pricing |
| PPC management and automation | Helium 10 Diamond | Access to Helium 10 Ads, with a management fee for applicable spend |
| Market-level analytics for larger brands | Jungle Scout Cobalt | Enterprise-oriented analytics and competitive intelligence |
| Research, listings, PPC, and account operations managed together | Agency or in-house team | Execution and accountability rather than software access alone |
None of these is a one-to-one replacement for Idea Score, and no current tool replaces Listing Dojo's free split testing. If either was central to your process, plan to rebuild the logic rather than find it in a new menu.
If You Still Have a Viral Launch Account
Export options may differ by subscription, legacy account status, and available permissions. First, confirm which records you can still download. If historical data cannot be exported, preserve the available reports and document current configurations through screenshots or manual records. Prioritize the information that cannot be recreated from Seller Central.
In rough order of what is hardest to rebuild:
- Tracked keywords per ASIN with rank history, if the export is available, so your new tool's rank tracker starts with a baseline rather than from zero.
- Product Discovery saved searches and shortlists. Idea Scores will not transfer; keep the raw metrics (price, reviews, estimated sales) you used to shortlist.
- Competitor Intelligence lists and the ASINs in each. Rebuild them as Market Tracker or Competitive Intelligence projects.
- Listing Builder drafts and keyword banks as plain text. Listing copy is the easiest thing to lose and the slowest to recreate.
- Active Ad Sprout rules and budgets, captured as screenshots or a written record before cancelling. Automation rules are not portable between vendors.
- Billing records and any written confirmation of cancellation or data-access dates.
Our listing optimization checklist covers what to verify once the content is rebuilt in a new tool, and SEO and PPC together covers how to reconnect keyword tracking to ad data after a migration.
The Tool Is Not the Operation
Viral Launch is one of 21 Amazon seller tools in RevenueGeeks' software graveyard, several of them acquired and sunset within three years. The pattern is familiar: a tool becomes the system of record for keyword lists, competitor sets, and listing copy, the owner changes, and the brand discovers its research process lived inside a vendor's database.
What a brand should own regardless of vendor: its keyword map per ASIN, its competitor set with the reasons each competitor is tracked, its listing copy with the keyword rationale, its PPC structure and the rules behind it, and its product-opportunity criteria written down rather than encoded in one tool's score. Every one of those survives a shutdown if it exists outside the tool.
That principle applies whether the work is done in-house, by a freelancer, or by an agency. An agency does not remove vendor dependence by itself; what matters is whether the engagement is set up so the brand owns its data and documentation. Before signing with any provider, confirm in the contract who owns keyword lists, competitor sets, listing copy, and campaign structures; that current versions are exportable in standard formats; and that the process is documented well enough to hand to the next team or tool. Our comparison of agency, freelancer, and in-house models covers the trade-offs, and full-service management is the version where research, listings, PPC, and operations run as one accountable team.

Viral Launch Questions Sellers Ask
| How much does Viral Launch cost? |
| Nothing can be purchased today. Its last widely reported pricing was Essentials at $69/month, Pro at $99/month, and Pro Plus Ads at $199/month, with a separate Market Intelligence product at $25/month and standard annual billing roughly 16–20% lower. The product closed to new customers in January 2026. |
| Is Viral Launch still available? |
| No. New signups closed in January 2026 and the website redirects to Intellifox, a separate listing tool from the same parent company. Existing accounts may open temporarily; how long is not documented. |
| Can I transfer Viral Launch keyword data to Helium 10 or Jungle Scout? |
| You may be able to preserve keyword lists and ASIN records through available exports, but saved projects, historical metrics, and automation rules are not guaranteed to transfer directly. Check each platform's import options and rebuild unsupported configurations manually. |
| What should I do if my Viral Launch subscription is still being billed? |
| Review your billing records and account access. Contact the provider through any available support or billing channel to confirm cancellation and preserve written confirmation. Do not assume that closure to new customers automatically terminates existing subscriptions. |
| What is Intellifox? |
| A listing-optimization tool grouped with BidX and DataHawk under the Seller Suite brand owned by Worldeye Technologies, the company that acquired Viral Launch in 2023. It is where viral-launch.com now redirects, but it does not include Viral Launch's product research or PPC features. |
