3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information Maintain compliance with Amazon’s policies and terms Grant necessary access to your Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts Respond in a timely manner to requests You are solely responsible for your Amazon account and business decisions.
4. Fees and Payment
a. Fees - Fees are outlined in your agreement, proposal, or invoice.

Late payments may result in suspension of services All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
c. Ad Spend - You are responsible for all Amazon advertising spend directly.

Ranking positions on Amazon Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions and Amazon algorithm changes.
9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
