After moving their amazon business from an amazon distributor back in house, Lira encountered several challenges to serious growth on amazon. Resellers were not controlled and sold damaged and expired products. Product reviews were limited. No amazon advertising was utilized.

Solution

Chief Marketplace Officer began by helping Lira to uncover it’s reseller network and removed bad actors who were hurting the brand. We created a full new look for images and A+ content to bring consistency across Amazon. Implemented a robust advertising program running 500+ campaigns and generating a 5X ROAS.
